The same bank holds written and coding questions, so a centre running both entrance coaching and school tuition does not need a second system for the other half of its timetable.
Most banks stop at the question. An entrance test series lives or dies on how the paper is marked, because the marking scheme decides the rank order as much as the answers do.
Every test series produces a rank list. Very few produce the thing a teacher needs on Monday morning, which is a short answer to what do I teach this batch next.
Because questions carry chapters, results roll up by chapter rather than stopping at a total. A batch that scored 61% is not actionable. A batch that scored 61% and lost most of it in thermodynamics and organic reaction mechanisms is a lesson plan.
The same detail answers the question in the other direction. If most of a batch gets one question wrong while passing everything around it, that is usually the question rather than the batch — an ambiguous stem, or an answer key with a typo. Question-level history makes that visible instead of leaving it inside a low average.
And because the record follows the student rather than the test, a student who sat eleven papers across a term has one record with eleven points on it, not eleven result screens.
Parallel batches rarely sit an identical paper, which makes their averages incomparable in a way that is easy to miss. Reserving part of every parallel paper for the same questions gives you the one section that measures both batches with the same instrument.
