Frequently asked questions
Can a test go to one section instead of the whole grade?
Yes. A test is assigned to a class, and within that class it can go to every student or to a selected few. That covers a re-test, or children who missed the paper the first time, without creating a separate class for them.
How does a teacher know what to revise after a test?
Once at least two answers to a question have been graded, questions the class scored below half on are listed with their success rate, alongside the students who have not attempted yet and the descriptive answers still waiting to be marked.
Can we carry on running tests on paper?
Yes. Marks from class tests, term papers, and practicals are entered after the copies are corrected and stored against the student, class, and subject, so a child's record stays complete regardless of how each test was conducted.
What can a student see, and is there a parent login?
A student signs in to take assigned tests and to open their own results, including a question-by-question breakdown of each attempt. They cannot see any classmate's marks. There is no separate parent login, but the per-student report is printable if a school wants to send it home.
How is pricing calculated?
