Pro covers 200 students with 2 admins + 4 teachers, and is the right fit once several teachers are setting tests. If your numbers are larger than that, or you need something arranged around a specific rollout, the Custom tier removes the caps entirely.

Each plan includes a set number of admin and teacher accounts. Admins can build and mark tests as well as run the institution, so an admin does not need a second teacher account to teach. Essentials includes 1 admin + 1 teacher, Pro includes 2 admins + 4 teachers, and Custom is unlimited. Students are never counted as staff accounts.

Each organization's data is completely isolated at the server level - your students' information is never mixed with another organization's. Access is role-based, so students only see their own results, teachers see their classes, and administrators see the wider organization. We take data privacy seriously and are happy to share our full privacy policy on request.
Most organizations are fully set up within a few days of signing. We handle the configuration on our end, and all you need to do is provide your student roster and teacher list. Your team can be running their first test within a week.
